For 18 of the 32 NFL teams, the 2020 season has come to an end. That doesn't mean it's time for a break, however, as teams are already turning their attention to the offseason ahead.

One of the most impactful events of the offseason is the NFL Draft, and naturally analysis on this year's draft has already started.

ESPN expert Mel Kiper has also released his first 2021 NFL mock draft, and it includes a shocking first-round pick for the Atlanta Falcons.

Atlanta Falcons Mock Draft

Todd McShay projects the Atlanta Falcons to draft BYU quarterback Zach Wilson with the No. 4 overall pick of the 2021 NFL Draft.

It's not overly surprising to see a QB mocked to the Falcons, who may be moving on from Matt Ryan, but the way McShay has things shaking out is a serious surprise.

Ohio State signal-caller Justin Fields is nearly unanimously projected as the No. 2 QB in this year's draft class, behind Trevor Lawrence. Fields falling beyond even the No. 2 pick would surprise many people.

But McShay has Fields dropping all the way to 15, with the Falcons opting to choose Wilson as the second QB off the board.

This isn't to say Wilson's not a baller — he completed 73.5% of his passes in 2020 while throwing 33 touchdowns to 3 picks and adding 10 rushing touchdowns. But if the Falcons take Wilson while Fields is on the board, there will be some pretty shocked fans in Atlanta.
