The San Diego Padres have gotten off to a great start this season, and they have a seemingly easy schedule in Week 3. The Padres face the Colorado Rockies twice, and then wrap up the week with four games against the Cincinnati Reds. Both the Rockies and Reds are well below .500, and the Padres have the added benefit of playing all six games at home.

2. Tampa Bay Rays

The Tampa Bay Rays are currently leading the AL East at 12-4, and they have a chance to put some more distance between them and the competition this week. The Rays start a nine-game home stand with a three-game series against the lowly Baltimore Orioles. The Rays then play three games against the struggling Boston Red Sox. Considering the Rays have one of the best pitching staffs in the MLB through 16 games, they could take advantage of playing six home games against inconsistent competition.

1. Philadelphia Phillies

The Philadelphia Phillies are 0.5 games back of the New York Mets in the NL East, but they have a chance to make up some ground this week, as these two will face off three times. While the Mets are a tough opponent, the Phillies get to face them at home. Once that series concludes, the Phillies get to face the Rockies four times. At 3-12, Colorado currently has fewest wins in baseball, and Philadelphia could win three or even four games against the Rockies.
