Super Bowl MVP 2020 Odds Favor AFC Quarterbacks Lamar Jackson and Patrick Mahomes

Super Bowl LIV is still a little less than a month away, but as we enter the Divisional Round of the 2019-20 NFL Playoffs, there is a clear picture being painted in the odds for Super Bowl 54 MVP.
Much like the regular season NFL MVP Award, Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is leading the way in the odds to take home the MVP award for the Super Bowl at +230, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
Lamar Jackson turns 23 today.

Super Bowl MVP Odds 2020
Not too far behind Jackson is Kansas City Chiefs starting quarterback Patrick Mahomes at +450. San Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo comes in at third as the first NFC player with +750 odds.
Following Aaron Rodgers (+1100) and Russell Wilson (+2400), George Kittle sits with +3100 odds as the first non-quarterback on the list.
It's interesting to compare the Super Bowl MVP odds with the odds for which team will win the Super Bowl because they aren't that much different. Which makes sense, given it's practically a guarantee that the Super Bowl MVP will be from the team the ends up taking home the Lombardi Trophy.

The Baltimore Ravens also have the best odds to win the Super Bowl heading into the Divisional Round at +195, followed by the 49ers and Chiefs, who come in at +320 and +340, respectively.
While these odds are sure to shift as the playoffs continue, its interesting to monitor the week by week breakdown, especially while there's still some value to be had on guys like Aaron Rodgers and Russell Wilson.
