Steelers Odds to Make the Playoffs Plummet Following Loss to the Bills
By Zach Brunner

While they are not the flashy, offensive-minded team of seasons past, the Pittsburgh Steelers have positioned themselves right in the heart of the Wild Card race in the AFC. However, their loss to the Buffalo Bills on "Sunday Night Football" in Week 15 has caused their odds to make the playoffs to plummet.
Steelers guard Ramon Foster after last night's game: "The #Bills, I'll give it to them. They're a pretty good team. There was a lot of stuff that we did also, but they're a good team. They're not Buffalo of early 2000s."

Steelers Odds to Make Playoffs
With an 8-6 record and no hope to win the AFC North, the Steelers are fighting for the final Wild Card spot in the AFC. As of now, they currently hold it, due to a tiebreaker over the Tennessee Titans.
However, the loss to the Bills has the Steelers' odds to make the playoffs falling to only 34.3 percent (down from 40.3 percent on Dec. 2), according to Football Outsiders. FanDuel Sportsbook reflects this, giving the Steelers +114 odds to make the playoffs, while the Titans have been given -132 odds for a postseason berth.
The Steelers end the season with two AFC opponents, facing the New York Jets in Week 16 and ending the regular season with the Baltimore Ravens in Week 17, who may be in a position to rest Lamar Jackson.

1. Win out (@ NYJ, @ BAL)
2. Win 1 and TEN loses to HOU
Last night really would’ve helped, but if you told me in the beginning of the season we controlled our own destiny with 2 weeks to play, I’d be all in. #HereWeGo
If the Steelers win all of their games, but the Titans are able to defeat the Houston Texans and win the AFC South, it could get complicated for the Steelers, as they would currently lose the tiebreaker with the Texans.
