Shocking Update Emerges on Brandon Staley's Chargers Future

The Los Angeles Chargers suffered one of the most devastating playoff defeats in NFL history on Saturday, squandering a 27-0 lead against the Jacksonville Jaguars and ultimately losing 31-30.
This has Chargers fans understandably up in arms and calling for the firing of head coach Brandon Staley. However, on Monday, reports surfaced that fans might not get their way.
#Chargers strongly considering keeping HC Brandon Staley, source tells @theScore. Staley makes in the neighborhood of $4M per season. There’s a chance however, he’ll have to make significant staff changes. Staley expected to meet w/ownership in near future. Internal talks ongoing

Staley is owed $4 million next season and that could be in play for why Los Angeles is considering keeping him, but he also might be forced to make some major changes to his staff.
Simply put, the results of the last couple seasons have been unacceptable and something needs to be changed. If it's not going to be Staley, then it must be some of the people working under him.
Surely there will be more clarity following Staley's meeting with ownership. With or without Staley as the head coach next season, though, it sounds like we can expect some noticeable changes in Los Angeles.
