Fans across the globe are excited as the NFL International Series continues on Sunday with a New Orleans Saints-Minnesota Vikings matchup from London, England. The excitement was already at an all-time high, but the Saints added more fuel to the fire with an epic hype video on Saturday.
The video is narrated by none other than Tottenham Hotspur all-time great defender Ledley King. He's the absolute perfect choice for a narrator considering the talented former defender spent his entire career playing in London for Tottenham.
Vikings vs Saints London
The video starts with King talking about Saints fans' reputation for being rowdy. That's something he's used to dealing with in the streets of the Swinging City, saying that Londoners "know a thing or two about [getting rowdy]."
King adds that even though the "brand of football is different" between the Saints and Hotspur, "the mission is the same." He expects New Orleans fans to make their presence felt, hoping that the Saints faithful make themselves "at home" like all of his club's "die-hard" fans do at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The Saints have created somewhat of a notable following in London after previously playing two games at Wembley Stadium. New Orleans handed the then-San Diego Chargers a 37-32 defeat in 2008 before shutting out the Miami Dolphins, 20-0, in 2017.
Nevertheless, beating the Vikings won't be easy. Several key Saints players have already been ruled out for Sunday, including star wideout Michael Thomas. Meanwhile, other players like Jameis Winston and Alvin Kamara still have their status in the air.
Regardless of who does or doesn't play, viewers can expect a rowdy crowd as the NFL makes its first of three trips to London this season.
