Raiders Announce Special Honor for Josh Jacobs

While much of the Las Vegas Raiders' season has been a lost cause, that hasn't stopped running back Josh Jacobs from putting together one of the most impressive seasons we've seen from a running back in recent memory.
Not only is Jacobs flirting with the 2,000-yard rushing mark and has already set a career-high with 1,402 yards, but he's also been one of the only sources of offense on a struggling squad.
Now, the Raiders have revealed a special honor for their dynamic playmaker.

Head coach Josh McDaniels announced Friday that Jacobs has been named a team captain for the remainder of the year. According to McDaniels, this was a decision that the other team captains called for.
Jacobs was a captain for the team last season as well.
