Preston Williams was one of our top sneaky plays for fantasy football in Week 9, and he has already exceeded expectations by finding the end zone twice in just the first half of Sunday's meeting between the Miami Dolphins and New York Jets.

This big game hasn't exactly come out of nowhere. Williams has consistently seen heavy volume this season, with no fewer than five targets in a single game. He came into Week 9 averaging 3.9 receptions and 50.9 yards on 7.3 targets per game, and he's already notched a new career high for fantasy production in just the first half against the Jets.

His two TDs came with four receptions and 60 yards on a team-high five targets in the half, accounting for 26 percent of the team's targets to open the game as the Dolphins took a 21-12 lead into halftime.

Williams won't always draw matchups this good, after all the Jets came into the game allowing the NFL's ninth-most fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts. His consistently high target numbers mean he's going to continue to offer fantasy value on a weekly basis though, especially in PPR scoring formats.
