With the PGA Championship set to get underway on Thursday, May 16, the biggest names in golf will tee it up at Bethpage Black later this week.

While bettors around the country are surely preparing to place a bet on whichever golfer they think will win golf's second major of the year, it's always smart to hear what those in the industry have to say before placing a bet.

With that in mind, here are some expert predictions for the PGA Championship.

PGA Championship Predictions

GolfNewsNet

The folks at GolfNewsNet are going with Brooks Koepka to win the PGA Championship. They like his consistency over his last eight majors played, including a win at this event last year.

PGA.com

Dan McDonald, from PGA.com, thinks Tommy Fleetwood will win the PGA Championship, pointing to his success at the Ryder Cup and comparing how that worked out previously for Francesco Molinari.

Golf Week

Geoff Shackelford, of Golf Week, likes Tiger Woods to get his second consecutive major and raise the Wanamaker Trophy. He thinks Tiger will be able to ride the momentum coming out of the Masters at a course he has won a major at before.

These experts are picking three different golfers in Woods, Koepka and Fleetwood, meaning it's likely anyone's guess who comes away with this major championship.
