The Jacksonville Jaguars are excited to kick off a new era with No. 1 overall pick Trevor Lawrence under center. But Lawrence's arrival means former starter Gardner Minshew's tenure with the team could be coming to an end soon.
Minshew is viewed as a possible trade target for QB-needy teams, and his trade value has been revealed.

ESPN insider Jeremy Fowler says the believed asking price for the Jags to deal Minshew is a fifth- or sixth-round pick. That price isn't much at all for a team looking to take a chance on a 25-year-old QB with starting experience.
Minshew was limited to just nine games last year but he still produced with 2,259 yards, 16 TDs and just 5 INTs. In 2019, as a rookie, the QB threw for 3,271 yards, 21 TDs and 6 INTs.
The third-year player reportedly wants to compete for a starting gig, which is hard given most teams' depth charts are set ahead of training camp. Still, Minshew could give any squad an over-qualified backup who's capable of stepping up if need be.
