The Detroit Lions go on the road to take on the Green Bay Packers at 8:20 p.m. EST during Week 2's edition of Monday Night football. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Packers as 11.5-point home favorites, meaning this one could get out of hand.

MNF Fantasy Picks

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this NFC North Week 2 clash.

Aaron Rodgers Fantasy

Start Aaron Rodgers, QB, Green Bay Packers: Talk about a perfect bounce-back spot. Aaron Rodgers failed to get anything going in Week 1, but now gets to face a struggling Lions' defense that got torched for 319 passing yards in their season opener. Overall, Detroit gave up the most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks last season. Rodgers threw for 5 touchdowns in 2 games against the Lions last season. The reigning MVP is playing his first home game of the season and is sure to put on a show for the Packer faithful. Expect him to get back to posting QB1 numbers tonight.

TJ Hockenson Fantasy

Start TJ Hockenson , TE, Detroit Lions: Week 1 showed that tight end TJ Hockenson is going to be the most trustworthy players on the Lions' offense from a fantasy football perspective, when he turned 10 targets into 8 receptions and 97 yards. Hockenson also scored a touchdown and now goes up against a Packers' defense that allowed TE Juwan Johnson to get into the end zone twice last week. The Lions are a double-digit underdog in this game, which means they will likely be playing catch-up from the get-go. It wouldn't be surprising to see quarterback Jared Goff feed Hockenson the ball in an attempt to move down the field.

Randall Cobb Fantasy

Sit Randall Cobb, WR, Green Bay Packers: The reunion between Rodgers and Randall Cobb didn't quite live up to the hype as the veteran wide receiver hauled in his sole target for 32 yards last week. In fact, four other Green Bay WRs saw more targets than Cobb in Week 1. This is a great matchup as the Lions allowed the third-most fantasy points to opposing WRs last season, but it simply benefits Davante Adams and Marquez Valdes-Scantling a lot more. Keep in mind that the Packers could be up big by halftime and run the ball for the majority of the second half. It would be smart to keep Cobb on the bench this week.

Quintez Cephus Fantasy

Sit Quintez Cephus, WR, Detroit Lions: The No. 1 WR role remains up for grabs in Detroit. Veteran Tyrell Williams will not play on Monday night, which leaves the door open for someone to step up. It likely isn't going to be Quintez Cephus after he was only able to haul in 3 of his 7 target for 12 yards in Week 1. Goff targeted 10 different players in the passing game, which shows how much the ball is going to be spread around. The Packers also gave up the fifth-fewest fantasy points to opposing WRs in 2020. All of this adds up to Cephus remaining on the bench for now.
