MNF Fantasy Picks
If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 11 NFC showdown.
Leonard Fournette Fantasy
Start Leonard Fournette, RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Leonard Fournette rebounded with 17.2 PPR points in Week 10, thanks to a season-high 8 receptions in a game where Tampa Bay trailed. Fournette is averaging a healthy 5.3 targets per game to go along with 12.4 rushing attempts, giving him dual-threat upside each week. Now he draws a matchup against a Giants defense that's allowing the fifth-most PPR points per game to RBs this season. It could be a busy day for Fournette if Tampa builds a big lead as expected.
Evan Engram Fantasy
Start Evan Engram, TE, New York Giants: It was Evan Engram who led the Giants' receiving corps in Week 9. He posted team highs in receptions (3) and yards (38) along with New York's lone receiving TD. Sterling Shepard (8.6 targets per game) leaves behind a huge potential workload after being ruled out again, and the Giants will likely be forced into a pass-heavy gameplan as underdogs. Engram has potential facing a Bucs defense giving up the eighth-most PPR points per game to tight ends.
Rob Gronkowski Fantasy
Sit Rob Gronkowski, TE, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Starting Rob Gronkowski is a risky choice. The last time he suited up following an injury, he left with back spasms that have sidelined him since. Gronkowski gave managers hope with two full practices this week, but his DNP on Saturday and questionable tag heading into Monday night mean proceed with caution. There's no telling what his role will be, if he'll be on a snap count, or if Tampa Bay will need him in what could be a blowout. Give the vet a week to get settled before starting him again.
Daniel Jones Fantasy
Sit Daniel Jones, QB, New York Giants: Daniel Jones has recorded single-digit fantasy outings in three of his last five games, and he hasn't even hit 18 points in that span. Several of his weapons are injured or coming off of injuries, limiting the QB's upside. This matchup isn't the one for him to bounce back, either. Tampa Bay ranks No. 9 in Football Outsiders' defensive DVOA metric. Jones' lackluster recent outings and matchup make him too hard to trust.
