Miles Sanders had a pretty frustrating first half of the season from a fantasy perspective, but he really came on once Jordan Howard went down with a shoulder injury.

While Howard's injury created value for Sanders, the Philadelphia Eagles' rookie running back is now dealing with an injury of his own. Sanders went down with an ankle injury in Week 17, and while his availability is still in question, it does seem like he'll be able to suit up against the Seattle Seahawks come Sunday.

Miles Sanders Fantasy Outlook in Wild Card Round

Assuming Sanders can suit up, he's actually in a pretty good spot against Seattle. For one, the Seahawks are pretty banged up, and Seattle checked in at No. 26 against the run in Football Outsiders' DVOA rankings.

Seattle was also middle of the pack in opposing RBs PPR production, surrendering the 14th-most PPR points per game.

Sanders has averaged 117.6 yards from scrimmage per game across his last five healthy games, so assuming he's able to play his normal complement of snaps, he could be in line for another decent outing here.

Sanders checks in at RB7 in our Wild Card Round fantasy football rankings.
