Baltimore Ravens fans and fantasy football managers will be glad to hear that quarterback Lamar Jackson is expected to be activated off of the Reserve/COVID19 list. He will start against the Dallas Cowboys on Tuesday night after missing the team's last game.
Although Jackson may not be having as productive of a season as he was last year, the former NFL MVP remains a strong starting option in fantasy football. The Ravens will also likely be close to fully healthy as a team this week, which only helps Jackson even more.
Lamar Jackson Fantasy Outlook
Jackson has not thrown for over 250 yards since Week 1, but has been making up for it through his rushing abilities. He has rushed for over 50 yards in eight of his 10 games played this season and has 18 total touchdowns on the season. He remains the leader of this offense.
The matchup against the Cowboys this week presents a great opportunity for Jackson to bounce back and shake off some of the rust. Dallas' defense has struggled this season giving up the most points per game in the NFL (32.6) as well as the most passing touchdowns to opposing quarterbacks (24).
If you're rostering Jackson, he has most likely been your starter all season and there is no reason that should change now. In fact, he checks in as the No. 4 quarterback in our Week 13 fantasy football rankings. Look for him to have a productive game this week as the Ravens attempt to keep their playoff hopes alive.
