The regular starting backcourt for the Toronto Raptors will not be on the floor on Tuesday night. Kyle Lowry will get a routine maintenance day and miss Toronto's first leg of a back-to-back when they meet the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday.

Lowry should be well-rested to take the floor for the Dinos' Wednesday night game against the San Antonio Spurs.

Fred VanVleet will also be out against the Hawks, missing his sixth straight game with a hip injury. VanVleet hasn't played since he came down awkwardly on a three-point shot attempt against the Golden State Warriors almost two weeks ago. There is still no timetable for the 27-year-old's return, and he will still have to serve a one-game suspension as soon as he is cleared to come back.

The Malachi Flynn and Gary Trent Jr. show will continue for the Toronto Raptors with their veteran guards on the sidelines. Flynn will start at the point and be a popular add at FanDuel, where the rookie comes with a $5200 price tag. Trent Jr. should also play a significant role in the offense and can be had for $6200.
