3 Most Likely John Brown Free Agent Destinations

John Brown will be entering his eighth NFL season in 2021 and is now looking for a new team to call home after being released from the Buffalo Bills. He joins a loaded free agent wide receiver class, but has been impressive over the last two seasons averaging 60.8 yards per game and scoring 9 touchdowns.
A number of different NFL teams will be looking to add depth and talent to their wide receiving core so Brown is sure to find a spot in which he can thrive. With that in mind, here are the three most likely free agent destinations for Brown.
John Brown Free Agent Destinations
1. Miami Dolphins
The Miami Dolphins are a young team that looks ready to compete for a Lombardi Trophy as soon as next season. One of their top priorities of the offseason should be surrounding quarterback Tua Tagovailoa with weapons. Miami has a ton of cap space and need to add a playmaker alongside starter DeVante Parker. Brown brings the type of versatility and experience needed to fit that role. Plus, adding Brown would allow the Dolphins to save some money to use elsewhere on the roster as he wouldn't cost nearly as much as other top options on the market.
2. Jacksonville Jaguars
Similar to the Dolphins, the Jaguars are a team with a ton of cap space and not a lot of depth at the wide receiver position. The Jaguars will likely have a rookie quarterback calling the plays next season and bringing in a veteran NFL player like Brown could help them adjust to the increased level of play. He would make an intriguing duo with starter DJ Chark and wouldn't cause the Jaguars to break the bank. In fact, they could likely sign a second wide receiver in addition to Brown and have a great starting trio heading into next season.
3. Green Bay Packers
The Green Bay Packers will be looking to add a playmaker alongside start receiver Davante Adams this offseason, but they lack the cap space of the other two teams listed. That makes Brown the perfect type of signing as he would benefit Green Bay's depth without making the team spend a large amount of money. Brown likely wants to sign with a contender and the Packers have made the NFC Championship game in each of the last two seasons. This move wouldn't cause major headlines to be written, but it remains an attractive option for the Packers.
