Joe Burrow began his rookie season looking like a true franchise cornerstone for the Cincinnati Bengals. Then Burrow suffered a devastating ACL injury, ending his season, and putting his availability at the start of next season into question.
Chad Johnson, a true Cincinnati Bengals legend, took to Twitter this week to say he wanted to connect with the young star quarterback and Odell Beckham Jr (who is also coming off a torn ACL) in an effort to provide them with a meal plan in order to prevent further injuries.
Johnson, who famously still looks like he's in playing shape years into retirement might actually have some useful advice, but Burrow decided to take the opportunity to have a little fun with Ocho Cinco.
Now, while Johnson is still clearly in phenomenal shape, he did at one point say his secret to avoiding injuries during his career was that he ate McDonald's every day.
It would certainly be tough to scientifically prove a McDonald's diet prevents injury, it's pretty hard to argue with the results of Johnson both on and off the field.
