The Charlotte Hornets and Minnesota Timberwolves square off in Las Vegas Summer League action on Saturday. The Hornets are looking to rebound after the Chicago Bulls ended their two-game winning streak with an 89-73 loss on Thursday.

The Timberwolves are hoping to put an end to their losing ways on Saturday. Minnesota has lost three games in a row, with its most recent defeat coming in a 102-83 loss to the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday as well.

Hornets vs Timberwolves Prediction & Pick

It isn't hard to see why the Hornets are the favorites in this match. The Timberwolves' offense has been non-existent during their losing skid, where they've averaged only 73.7 points per game. Considering that Charlotte has scored at least 73 points in each of its four tournament games, it isn't hard to side with the Hornets.

Outside of Wendell Moore's play, the Timberwolves haven't given fans much to cheer about. I think this is a great opportunity for the Hornets to get some momentum to close out Summer League while beating up on the T-Wolves in the process.

As for the best bet, I'm taking both teams to combine for under 166.5 points at -110 odds.
