At the rate they're going, the Philadelphia Eagles might not have anyone left on their coaching staff by the end of the offseason.

The NFC champs lost yet another member of their staff on Wednesday, as it was reported that the Miami Dolphins are hiring Philly's defensive quality control coach Joe Kasper to be their new safeties coach.

This is another significant loss for the Eagles, whose coaching staff has been hit hard in the week and a half since the Super Bowl. Both their offensive and defensive coordinators already departed for head coaching jobs, so Kasper is just the latest to jump ship.

With so much turnover in such a short amount of time, Philadelphia's coaching staff is going to look very different next year. Head coach Nick Sirianni has his work cut out for him as he looks to fill the vacancies that have been rapidly springing up on his staff.

Time will tell if his revamped leadership group is able to replicate the Eagles' success from 2022, which saw them reach the Super Bowl after finishing with the best record in the NFC. It won't be easy, but thankfully much of Philadelphia's talented roster is expected to remain intact, which explains why the Eagles' still have the third-best Super Bowl odds on FanDuel Sportsbook.
