For wide receiver Jalen Reagor, it has been a tough rookie campaign with the Philadelphia Eagles. The first-round draft pick has only played in two games so far this season after suffering multiple injuries (most recently a thumb).
The division-leading Eagles did finally get some positive news on their star prospect this week, however. Reagor has been activated from injured reserve and reportedly has a chance to return in Week 8.
Any help for Philadelphia would be welcomed on Sunday night against the division-rival Dallas Cowboys. Carson Wentz has been short on offensive weapons all season, and Miles Sanders could be in danger of missing his second straight contest. Meanwhile, Zach Ertz, Dallas Goedert and DeSean Jackson will all miss Week 8, and Alshon Jeffery isn't a guarantee to suit up either.
If Reagor does return, he would likely get some run alongside Greg Ward Jr., Travis Fulgham and John Hightower, depending on Jeffery's status. The rookie had five catches for 96 yards in his two games before going down.
As for the Week 8 NFC East matchup, Philadelphia is currently the favorite on FanDuel Sportsbook, getting 7.5 points at home.
