Buffalo Bills' rookie running back Devin Singletary has been one of the more exciting players to watch this season. With his workload continuing to rise and a good matchup with the Cleveland Browns today, Singletary's fantasy outlook is high for Week 10.

The snap share for the rookie has continued to rise following his return from injury. He has recorded back-to-back weeks of over 65 percent of the snaps, resulting in 30 touches for 189 yards and two touchdowns. This has reduced the workload of veteran Frank Gore, which should continue to be the case moving forward.

Singletary also sees a positive matchup against Cleveland this week. The Browns surrender 4.9 yards per carry, which is tied for the third-highest average in the league, and they've allowed the 10th-most fantasy points to opposing running backs in PPR scoring. After totaling a career-high 20 rushes last week, a similar workload could make Singletary one of the better running back options of the week.

This matchup, combined with the increasing workload and performance with the increased work, has Singletary ranked as RB23 in our Week 10 PPR rankings.
