After a let down 2019 season, the Cleveland Browns are anxious to start the 2020 season and right the ship. They begin the year against the Baltimore Ravens and are big road underdogs.

It does not appear that the result of the game will be a shock. However, there could still be some surprises with the Cleveland team. With that in mind, here are three bold predictions for the Browns against the Ravens.

3. Eight Players Catch Multiple Passes

The Browns have weapons all over the field. On top of that, the odds tell us that the game script will call for a lot of passing for Cleveland. They have multiple receiving threats at every position, with Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt in the backfield, Austin Hooper and David Njoku at tight end, and Odell Beckham Jr., Jarvis Landry and Rashard Higgins at wide receiver. Aside from this crew, we could see one more player step up and give us eight.

2. Baker Mayfield Passes for 350 Yards

Again, there's weapons all over the field and the Browns are expected to be down, so Baker Mayfield could be passing a lot. He averaged 239 passing yards per game last season, so he would need to out-perform last season's average by over 100 yards, but the talent and opportunity available points to this possibility.

1. Browns Give Up 250 Rushing Yards

The Browns gave up 5.0 yards per rush last season, which was the third-worst in the NFL. Obviously, the Ravens want to run as much as possible. If they have success early on, they could run two-thirds of the time. Baltimore ran for 243 yards in its most recent game against the Browns, so look for it to step it up from that.
