Chris Carson Injury Update Ends Fantasy Season With Week 16 Dud

Chris Carson went down with a hip injury in Week 16 against the Arizona Cardinals, and it's sounding like he's out for the remainder of the game.
Sounding like Chris Carson won't return. No official word yet in press box.

Carson had posted just 7.0 PPR fantasy points before leaving the game, racking up 40 yards on eight carries while adding a 20-yard reception. That's a shaky score for a guy who has averaged 16.1 per game on the year, and it comes at a terrible time as most fantasy leagues see their championships decided in Week 16.
If your league does play in Week 17, this backfield is one to monitor, as C.J. Prosise also left the game with an arm injury.
Chris Carson has a hip injury and is questionable to return. CJ Prosise has an arm injury and won't return.

Travis Homer is Seattle's only RB
If both Carson and Prosise are ruled out next week, Travis Homer could be in for a massive workload unless the Seahawks add a free agent to help shore up their RB depth.
Seattle draws a tough matchup against the San Francisco 49ers, but if the team enters the week with a thin backfield, getting a starter in line for 20-plus touches is still a good spot to find fantasy value.
