Cleveland Cavaliers rookie power forward Evan Mobley has gotten off to a really impressive start, averaging 14.6 points, 8.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists on just under 50% shooting. He has helped lead the Cavs to a surprising 9-6 start, good enough for the 5th spot in the Eastern Conference.

Evan Mobley Injury Update

Unfortunately, it was announced on Tuesday that Mobley will miss 2-4 weeks with an elbow injury.

The Cavs front court is already short handed, with both Kevin Love and Lauri Markkanen in health and safety protocols. However, both are set to come back before Mobley now.

Cleveland will hope to maintain this level of play while their big men wait to get back on the court, but that wont be easy considering their next four games include two against the Brooklyn Nets, and one each against the Golden State Warriors and Phoenix Suns.
