The Tampa Bay Buccaneers begin their quest to win a second straight Super Bowl on Sunday. Tampa Bay draws the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2-seed vs. 7-seed matchup, and the Bucs will look to make a statement as they try to advance to the next round.
Tampa Bay has chosen a familiar jersey combo to don when it takes the field at home.
The Buccaneers have decided to rock their white jerseys with pewter pants on Sunday. They wore this combo when these teams met in Week 6, and it proved successful in a 28-22 win.
Going back even further in history, this is the same combo that Tampa wore during the the 2002 NFC Championship Game. The defining moment from that contest was Ronde Barber's 92-yard pick-six to seal the Buccaneers' trip to the Super Bowl, which they eventually won, so this jersey choice has plenty of good memories attached to it.
Tampa enters Sunday's contest as 8.5-point home favorites, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
