One of the year's biggest weekends in horse racing is coming up with the 2022 Breeders' Cup bringing 14 races across two days on November 4th and 5th.

The races kick off on Friday, but Saturday features a number of exciting races for fans and bettors. The Breeders' Cup Sprint race goes down on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. ET with $2 million on the line at Keeneland.

The contenders were announced on Wednesday, so here's everything you need to know about the field for this six-furlong race before wagering on the Breeders' Cup Sprint on FanDuel Racing.

Breeders' Cup Sprint Contenders

1. Aloha West

Jockey: TBD
Trainer: Wayne M. Catalano
Breeder: Robert Manfuso & Katharine M. Voss
Owner: Eclipse Thoroughbred Partners (Aron Wellman)

Aloha West is coming off a win in his most recent race at Kelly's Landing Overnight S. in July, which was his first win of the year. He'll try to make it back-to-back victories with another win here.

2. American Theorem

Jockey: TBD
Trainer: George Papaprodromou
Breeder: Sierra Farm
Owner: Kretz Racing LLC (Rustin Kretz)

American Theorem has been a bit all over the place this year, winning three events but finishing sixth or worse three times. He's finished first or second in each of his last three races, however, so he seems to be trending up.

3. C Z Rocket

Jockey: TBD
Trainer: Peter Miller
Breeder: Farm III Enterprises LLC
Owner: Altamira Racing Stable (Peter Miller), Madaket Stables LLC (Sol Kumin), Gary Barber & Tom Kagele

C Z Rocket hasn't totally lived up to his name this year, winning just one of his four events in 2022 so far. He does have a 2nd-place finish and a 3rd-place finish, though, so he hasn't been far off.

4. Chain of Love

Jockey: TBD
Trainer: Michihiro Ogasa
Breeder: North Hills Co. LTD
Owner: Koji Maeda

Chain of Love has only won one of her five events this year, but it was her most recent one at Enif Stakes in September. She's finished top-4 in every event this year, so expect another strong finish here.

5. Elite Power

Jockey: TBD
Trainer: William I. Mott
Breeder: Alpha Delta Stables, LLC
Owner: Juddmonte (Fahad Bin Khalid)

Elite Power is on a dominant run at the moment after winning four straight events. He'll look to make it five in a row with another excellent showing at Keeneland.

6. Gunite

Jockey: TBD
Trainer: Steven M. Asmussen
Breeder: Winchell Thoroughbreds LLC
Owner: Winchell Thoroughbreds LLC (Ron Winchell)

Gunite has been tough to beat in 2022, winning four of his six events and finishing runner-up in the other two. He just won Perryville Stakes at Keeneland on Oct. 22, which gives him even more momentum coming into this race.

7. Jack Christopher

Jockey: TBD
Trainer: Chad C. Brown
Breeder: Castleton Lyons & Kilboy Estate
Owner: Jim Bakke , Gerald Isbister , Coolmore Stud (John Magnier) & Peter M. Brant

Jack Christopher has been nearly unstoppable since bursting on the scene in 2021, winning five of his six events and finishing third in the other one. The colt will try to keep it up in his first career race at Keeneland.

8. Jackie's Warrior

Jockey: TBD
Trainer: Steven M. Asmussen
Breeder: J & J Stables
Owner: J. Kirk & Judy Robison

Jackie's Warrior has been nothing short of sensational, winning 12 of his 17 events dating back to 2020. He did finish second in his most recent race, however, proving that he can be beaten.

9. Kimari

Jockey: TBD
Trainer: Wesley A. Ward
Breeder: China Horse Club International Limited
Owner: Derrick Smith, Mrs. John Magnier, Michael Tabor, Jonathan Poulin & Westerberg (Micahel Kuessner)

Kimari is coming on strong after winning back-to-back races at Honorable Miss Handicap and Gallant Bloom Stakes giving her three wins in five events this year.

10. Manny Wah

Jockey: TBD
Trainer: Wayne M. Catalano
Breeder: Martha Jane Mulholland & Modo Tesio Equine, LLC
Owner: Susan Naylor Moulton

Manny Wah hasn't won a lot of events recently, but he's always in the mix and is usually good for a top-5 finish. He's also coming off a win at the Stoll Keenon Ogden Phoenix Stakes at Keeneland in October.

11. O Besos

Jockey: TBD
Trainer: Gregory D. Foley
Breeder: L. Barrett Bernard
Owner: West Point Thoroughbreds (Terry Finley), Tagg Team Racing (Travis Foley), Bernard Racing (L. Barrett Bernard) & Terry Stephens

O Besos has already earned a pair of 1st-place finishes this year sandwiched around a 3rd-place finish and a 4th-place finish. The 3rd-place showing came at Keeneland back in April.

12. Pipeline

Jockey: TBD
Trainer: Chad C. Brown
Breeder: Eurowest Bloodstock Services LTD.
Owner: John D. Gunther & Eurowest Bloodstock Services (Tanya Gunther)

Pipeline has had a solid year so far, finishing top-3 in all three of his events. He's shooting for his second win of 2022 after winning his first event of the year at Aqueduct back in April.

13. Slow Down Andy

Jockey: TBD
Trainer: Doug F. O'Neill
Breeder: Reddam Racing, LLC
Owner: Reddam Racing, LLC (J. Paul Reddam)

Slow Down Andy has finished top-3 in each of his last five races, winning two. His 6th-place finish at Risen Star Stakes to start the year now looks like a distant memory.

14. Willy Boi

Jockey: TBD
Trainer: Jorge Delgado
Breeder: Ocala Stud & William J. Terrell
Owner: Lea Farms, LLC (Charles W. Cosgrove)

Willy Boi will look to bounce back from a third-place finish in his most recent outing after winning his first three events of the year.
