Bleacher Report Lists Potential Trade That Should Leave Raiders Fans Hyped

Jon Gruden and the Las Vegas Raiders are no strangers to massive trades. While in the past it involved them sending defensive playmaker Khalil Mack out of town, Bleacher Report thinks there is potential for the Raiders to pull off a trade that brought a different defensive playmaker in.

Chris Roling, of Bleacher Report, thinks it is possible the Raiders trade with the Jacksonville Jaguars to acquire edge rusher Yannick Ngakoue, which should make Raiders fans hyped.

It is no secret that Ngakoue is unhappy in Jacksonville. He has voiced his desire to be traded for months now, but there has very little action regarding the situation as of late. This is likely due to what the Jaguars are looking for in return, which reportedly is a first-round draft pick and more.

Ngakoue has spent four seasons in the NFL, all with the Jaguars. During this time, he has totaled 37.5 sacks, 85 quarterback hits and 14 forced fumbles. As with any team, the Raiders could use more edge-rushing production.

They produced just 32 sacks last season, which was tied for the eighth-fewest in the league. Acquiring Ngakoue would be a huge boost for their pass rush and for this defense.
