Monday's NBA schedule has 12 games, including an exciting clash between the Chicago Bulls and Memphis Grizzlies. The Grizzlies are a 8.5-point home favorite and the over/under is set at 224.5 points.

Here's three of the best prop bets for the Bulls-Grizzlies game, courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook.

Bulls-Grizzlies Prop Bets Tonight

1. DeMar DeRozan - Made Threes: Under 0.5 (-122)

Backing a star player like DeMar DeRozan to not sink a single three-pointer is always going to be a risky bet. However, the first-year Chicago Bull has not even attempted a shot from beyond the arc in any of his past four games. DeRozan has become a go-to force in the paint for head coach Billy Donovan and has cashed the over on this bet just once since the start of 2022. Memphis ranks in the middle of the pack when it comes to defending the three-point line, but it's hard to see DeRozan switching up his strategy given how well it has worked for him so far.

2. Jaren Jackson Jr. - Rebounds: Over 5.5 (-110)

The red-hot Grizzlies have 11 of their last 12 games and Jaren Jackson Jr. has played a key role on the boards. The former Michigan State standout has racked up at least 6 rebounds in five of his last six games and has posted double-digit boards twice during that span. Jackson's rebounding average has now jumped to 5.7 on the year. He draws a great matchup going up against a Bulls' defense that has allowed the fourth-highest opponent defensive rebounding percentage in the NBA (79.4%). Memphis plays the fifth-highest pace in the league, which means Jackson will have plenty of opportunities to cash the over on this prop.

3. First Quarter Spread: Memphis Grizzlies -2.5 (-122)

Aside from player props, targeting Memphis against the spread in the first quarter is not a bad idea. The Grizzlies tend to come out of the gate firing and are sure to be motivated after their 11-game winning streak ended on Friday. Ja Morant & company are 15-8 ATS and average 30.2 points in the first quarter of home games this season (No. 3 in NBA). Meanwhile, Chicago is 7-12 ATS in first quarter of away games this year. The Bulls have lost each of their last three games and are struggling to score the ball as of late. Back that trend to continue in front of a rowdy crowd at FedEx Forum.
