The Braves are coming off a World Series title and are the favorites to win the NL East division. The idea of Fried reaching 20 wins is not unrealistic given the combination of his recent success and the lineup supporting him. He's a great dark horse to target.

2. Freddy Peralta, Milwaukee Brewers (+3000)

Everyone tends to mention Milwaukee's stellar starting rotation anytime the Brewers are praised as World Series contenders. However, the conversation is always centered around Corbin Burnes and Brandon Woodruff. Don't forget how dominant Freddy Peralta is, too. The powerful right-hander finished with 10 wins last season after posting a 2.81 ERA and 0.97 WHIP. That level of production lines up with other NL team's aces. Peralta is fresh off his first All-Star game nod and has improved his stats with every passing year. We have only seen a glimpse into what the 25-year-old is truly capable of. If the Brewers can run away with the NL Central title, it'll be hard to deny how impactful it is having Peralta on the mound every five days.

3. Ranger Suarez, Philadelphia Phillies (+8000)

Bettors looking for a true long shot should shift their attention toward Ranger Suarez of the Philadelphia Phillies. The closer turned starter broke out in 2021 and finished with a minuscule 1.36 ERA in 106.0 innings pitched. Not only that, but Suarez put together his first career complete game shutout and averaged 9.1 strikeouts per nine innings pitched. While the four-year pro's inexperience may be seen as a disadvantage, it also means that few batters have faced him often. Suarez has an arsenal of pitches that includes a downright nasty changeup. He uses it to rack up strikeouts and force ground ball outs. The Phillies are going to put up a ton of run support this season, so watch out for Suarez.
