Antonio Brown Sends Out Ridiculous Tweet to All of His Fantasy Football Owners

Antonio Brown was a member of two NFL teams – the Oakland Raiders and the New England Patriots – this season, but he only appeared in one NFL game. In that Week 2 contest, which he played for the Patriots, Brown caught four passes for 56 yards and a touchdown.

After a whirlwind few days, Brown was released by the Patriots due to off-the-field legal issues. The former All-Pro wide receiver remains a free agent, and has been fairly quiet over the last few weeks – until now.

Brown took to Twitter on Wednesday to check in with his fantasy football owners. He asked the Twitterverse to "Rt if your fantasy team miss me." And it seems like his fantasy owners do, as the message got 22.5K retweets and 31.4K likes.

While some have already given up fantasy hope on the eccentric wide receiver, others are still holding out that he might, at some point this season or even next season, return to the field. Brown is still owned in 44.5 percent of ESPN leagues and 36 percent owned in Yahoo! leagues.

Only time will tell if or when Brown will ultimately make it back onto an NFL field. But if you're a faithful fantasy owner, rest assured, he hasn't completely forgotten about you. Or maybe, just maybe, Brown wanted to make sure that you didn't forget about him.
