3 Best Prop Bets for 76ers vs Clippers NBA Game on FanDuel Sportsbook

Friday's NBA slate of games includes a showdown between the Philadelphia 76ers and LA Clippers. FanDuel Sportsbook is currently listing the 76ers as the 4.5-point road favorites over the Clippers.

1. Joel Embiid - Points: Over 31.5 (-104)

Joel Embiid has been one of the NBA's best players throughout the 2021-22 season. He's turned things up over the last few weeks, averaging 32.1 points per game in his last eight outings. That bodes well when it comes to hitting the over on tonight's prop, which he's done in five times in those eight games. As decent as the Clippers' defense can be at times, they couldn't stop Embiid when he dropped 40 points on them back in January. With how unstoppable he's looked lately, look for another big performance from 'The Process.'

2. James Harden - Threes Made: Over 2.5 (+120)

James Harden has enjoyed offensive success with his time during the 76ers, averaging 22.5 PPG in 12 contests. Unfortunately, the 2.1 threes made per game that he's averaged with Philadelphia is his worst average since the 2011-12 NBA season. Having said that, he doesn't have a good shot at hitting the over on this prop. For starters, the Clippers have allowed 14.5 made threes per game in their last four outings — tied for fifth-worst over that stretch. Harden already had three-point success against LA earlier this season, hitting the over in both of his previous meetings as a member of the Brooklyn Nets. With the 76ers as 4.5-point favorites, the opportunities should be there for Harden to hit the over.

3. Tyrese Maxey - Assists: Over 3.5 (+118)

The 76ers have looked to Tyrese Maxey as their starting point guard this season, leading to the sophomore averaging 4.4 assists per game. Although the under is being favored on this prop, Maxey has had success with the over lately. Even if it's a small sample size, he's averaged 5.0 assists in his last three contests, hitting the over in each one. The 76ers are much better than the Clippers and there should be plenty of scoring opportunities for Philadelphia as a whole, meaning Maxey should have his fair share of chances to set up his teammates.
