The No. 5 North Carolina Tar Heels host a Syracuse Orange squad struggling to hold on to a March Madness Tournament berth while the Heels look to remain tied for second place in the ACC.

UNC is a heavy 11-point favorite over Cuse, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, but that's not to say the Heels should take this Orange team lightly. So, if you're considering a bet on this matchup, take a look at what other voices around the industry are predicting in this game first.

Syracuse vs North Carolina Predictions

Sports Chat Place

Randy Chambers, of "Sports Chat Place," is backing the Heels at home in the Dean Dome. Chambers likes UNC to cover as many as 12 points as heavy favorites.

The Juice

Steve Auger of "The Juice," doesn't have a ton of faith in the Orange getting things done on the road either. Auger predicts the Heels will easily cover the spread with an 81-63 final score.

ESPN Basketball Power Index Matchup Predictor

ESPN's BPI projection certainly doesn't share a lot of confidence in Syracuse either, giving the Orange just over a 10 percent shot of leaving Chapel Hill with a win straight up.

Cappers Picks

Similar to the other highlighted predictions, Shane Mickle, of "Cappers Picks," is riding with UNC to win this one by a considerable 20-point margin, with an 81-61 final in favor of the Heels.

Overall, all three highlighted spread predictions like the Tar Heels to cover their 11-point spread, and all four expert predictions are calling for a UNC win straight up.
