After the dust settled from this season's NBA trade deadline, oddsmakers at FanDuel Sportsbook released updated odds to win the NBA Eastern Conference Championship.

After acquiring Marc Gasol from the Memphis Grizzlies, the Toronto Raptors had cemented themselves as the favorites to win the East at +170, with the Boston Celtics, Milwaukee Bucks and Philadelphia 76ers tied with the second-best odds at +300.

Now that the NBA All-Star Weekend festivities have wrapped up in Charlotte, FanDuel Sportsbook released updated odds to win the East, and two teams have risen above the rest.

The Bucks and Raptors are now tied with the best odds to win the Eastern Conference, at +220, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, with the Sixers (+270) and Celtics (+360) not far behind.

Overall, Toronto and Boston saw their odds to win the East drop while Philadelphia and Milwaukee's odds improved. This is an interesting shake-up because none of these teams have lost more than one game since Feb. 8 and only the 76ers and Celtics played head to head, a game Boston won, 112-109, in Philadelphia.

It will be fun to watch these four teams duke it out to be the first LeBron-less team to win the Eastern Conference Championship since the 2009-10 season. But all four squads remain massive longshots to win the NBA Finals once the Eastern Conference winner is crowned. The defending champion Golden State Warriors remain the heavy favorites (-210), according to FanDuel Sportsbook, followed by Toronto (+900), Milwaukee (+1200), Philadelphia (+1200), Houston (+1300) and Boston (+1400).
