Fantasy football owners on Yahoo! got a scare this morning when they went to check their final scores for Week 11. The explosion of scoring in last night's Kansas City Chiefs at Los Angeles Rams game must have broken the fantasy scoreboard.
@YahooFantasy can you guys please fix the glitch with the fantasy football scoring? I won but got credited for a loss. Thank you! Even with this, Yahoo is still way better than ESPN Fantasy pic.twitter.com/jaaWByG08r— AL Joseph (@alexj1288) November 20, 2018
Screenshots like the one above have been popping up all over Twitter this morning as folks (including myself) were freaking out over their scores not being tallied correctly. For users, the points accumulated from last night's game were not included in the final score, thus giving people who actually won a tally in the loss column.
We are aware of an issue with missing stats for some MNF players. Our team is currently working on a fix.— Yahoo Fantasy Sports (@YahooFantasy) November 20, 2018
Yahoo! said they are aware of the issue and currently working on a fix. In a day of technological advances and needing information at the snap of a finger, you hate to see something like this happen -- especially, with most leagues' playoffs just two weeks away.
