Philadelphia Eagles running back Darren Sproles is doubtful for the Week 10 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys after reaggravating his hamstring in his first practice since the opening week. It's an unfortunate set of circumstances for the 14-year veteran, who is likely in his final NFL season.

Sproles was expected to be in the lineup for the first time since the opener, which would have created an even bigger logjam at the running back position for the Eagles. Even with the season-ending injury to Jay Ajayi, Philly still has guys like Wendell Smallwood, Corey Clement, and Josh Adams battling for backfield touches.

The 2018 season appears to be a total loss now for Sproles, but the Eagles have more than enough bodies at the running back position to make due. With the addition of wide receiver Golden Tate, look for quarterback Carson Wentz to throw the ball more than ever.
