For the second year in a row, the New York Giants have had a terrible start to their season, a season they came into with high hopes. While star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. has been fairly quiet and professional thus far, there is only so much frustration one person can handle.

Beckham had some interesting things to say about the Giants' offensive play calling.

Although he's enjoyed 45 targets for 31 receptions and 331 yards, Beckham has yet to catch a touchdown in 2018. And, honestly, what he's saying is right. Anyone who has watched a Giants game this season can tell there is a lack of deep-pass attempts, which is alarming when you have arguably the most dangerous deep threat in the NFL.

Play calling and execution are one thing, but when your team's effort is being questioned, that's a whole other issue. People have always had their fair share of criticism about Beckham, but lack of effort has never been one of them.

The Giants are on the road in Carolina this weekend and if they don't come away with the win or at least make noticeable changes to their offensive game plan, you can expect Beckham to continue to voice his frustration, and rightfully so.
