The 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games are set to begin on Friday, July 23 and sports fans will be able to put in wagers on a number of different events. Of course, women's swimming has long been a stapled event at the summer Olympics and this year is no different.

The sport is full of dynamic athletes, which means the battle for the Gold Medal in the 200m backstroke should be an exciting one.

Australia's Kaylee McKeown is the favorite to take home the gold with odds set at -230, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. The 20-year-old first-time Olympian is also favored in the 100m version of this event. Italy's Margherita Panziera comes in a distant second with odds set at +360.
