The Pittsburgh Steelers' fate rests almost entirely on Ben Roethlisberger's shoulder. Last season, the team impressively strung together an 8-8 campaign led by a fearsome pass-rush and an opportunistic defense.

With Roethlisberger sidelined most of the year due to injury, though, Pittsburgh was held back by poor quarterback play from Mason Rudolph and Devlin Hodges. If he comes back healthy, the Steelers are going to be solid dark-horse Super Bowl candidates – especially with Tom Brady out of the AFC.

And the early indications about Roethlisberger's health have been positive. In fact, Roethlisberger (+340) is currently favored to win the 2020-21 Comeback Player of the Year, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

Roethlisberger may be the favorite, but he'll face some stiff competition from another star QB coming off an injury in Cam Newton. Newton (+500) is tied with J.J. Watt for the second-best odds to win the award, while Nick Foles (+600) A.J. Green (+750) and Matthew Stafford (+750) round out the top six in the odds.

There's a bit of a drop-off after Stafford and Green, though, with Myles Garrett being next in the odds at +1100.

While Roethlisberger is currently in the lead to win the award, these odds will surely continue to shift as the offseason progresses.
