The Las Vegas Raiders will look to keep pace in a crowded AFC West division when they host the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 7 NFL action. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Raiders slated as 3.5-point favorites in a game that is expected to be close until the final whistle blows.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this exciting Week 7 showdown.

Dallas Goedert Fantasy

Start Dallas Goedert, TE, Philadelphia Eagles: Tight end Dallas Goedert is currently on the COVID-19 list, but all signs point to him being able to suit in a favorable of a matchup. The Raiders are giving up the sixth-most PPR fantasy points to opposing TEs this season, which includes 4 touchdowns. Zach Ertz was just traded to the Arizona Cardinals and that leaves Goedert as the true TE1 on a pass-heavy offense. The fourth-year pro is averaging a career-high 14.4 yards per reception this season and should have no trouble posting top TE numbers this week.

Josh Jacobs Fantasy

Start Josh Jacobs, RB, Las Vegas Raiders: The Eagles have suddenly turned into one of the worst rushing defenses in the NFL. In fact, Philadelphia is giving up the fifth-most rushing yards per game in the NFL (135.3) to go along with the fifth-most PPR fantasy points to opposing RBs. That bodes well for Las Vegas Raiders' ball-carrier Josh Jacobs. Jacobs has scored a touchdown in back-to-back games and has seen double-digit carries in every game he has played this season. That kind of workload will come in handy against a Philadelphia team that has allowed an 80-yard rusher in four straight contests. Start Jacobs with confidence.

Miles Sanders Fantasy

Sit Miles Sanders, RB, Philadelphia Eagles: It has not been a great season for running back Miles Sanders to say the least. The 24-year-old has seen just 29 carries over the last four games despite averaging 4.7 yards per carry this season. He is seemingly being phased out in an offense that ranks No. 10 in the NFL with a 62.6% passing play percentage. It's safe to say that Sanders' fantasy value can only go up from here, but he draws a tough matchup in Week 7. The Raiders have posted the 10th-best rush defense DVOA rating in the NFL. It would be best to keep Sanders on the bench for now.

Henry Ruggs Fantasy

Sit Henry Ruggs, WR, Las Vegas Raiders: Wide receiver Henry Ruggs is the perfect example of a boom-or-bust fantasy football player. The speedy pass-catcher has had two amazing games this season, combining for 210 yards and 2 touchdowns, but he didn't surpass 60 receiving yards in any of the other four games. While Ruggs is averaging a league-high 22.3 yards per reception, Philadelphia has been underrated against the pass this season. The Eagles have given up just 11 20-plus yard passing plays this season, which ranks as the second-lowest mark in the NFL. Ruggs is not showing enough consistency to be started this week.
