Two teams looking to rebound from tough Week 4 losses meet in Week 5 as the Detroit Lions take on the Minnesota Vikings. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Vikings slated as 7.5-point home favorites in a game that is sure to have fantasy football implications.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 5 NFC North clash.

Jared Goff Fantasy

Start Jared Goff, QB, Detroit Lions: Quarterback Jared Goff currently ranks as the QB16 in fantasy scoring. He has proven that he can be a viable streaming option in favorable matchups and Week 5 sets up to be one of those times. The Vikings are allowing the 11th-highest opponent completion percentage in the NFL (68.0%) as well as the fifth-highest yards per completion mark (11.7). With a spread set at over a touchdown, this game is expected to get out of hand quickly. That leaves a lot of garbage time for Goff to rack up more yards and touchdowns. He has QB1 upside this week.

Dalvin Cook Fantasy

Start Dalvin Cook, RB, Minnesota Vikings: The Vikings eased Dalvin Cook back into action in Week 4 as he played in just 49% of the offensive snaps. However, that shouldn't concern fantasy managers at all. Cook is nearing full health once again and draws a perfect matchup in Week 5. The Lions are giving up the most fantasy points to opposing RBs and have posted the third-worst rush defense DVOA rating this season. The Vikings could easily get out ahead early in this one, which means they would lean on the rushing game in the second half. Start Cook with confidence this week.

Jamaal Williams Fantasy

Sit Jamaal Williams, RB, Detroit Lions: Running back Jamaal Williams came back down to earth a bit in Week 4 after his hot start to the season. While he saw a team-high 16 carries, he failed to draw a single target in the passing game. That is a concern given a bulk of his fantasy production comes from that area of the game. The veteran ball-carrier also played in a season-low 30% of the offensive snaps, while starter D'Andre Swift played in a season-high 73%. What was once a committee now seems to be trending to a workhorse role for Swift. Williams has a shot to bounce back in Week 5, but it's best to keep him on the bench.

Kirk Cousins Fantasy

Sit Kirk Cousins, QB, Minnesota Vikings: The first three weeks saw Kirk Cousins finish as a QB6 in fantasy scoring, but he failed to put together a solid performance in Week 4. Keep in mind that Cousins has been a boom-or-bust quarterback over the last few years. Detroit has given up the 14th-fewest fantasy points to opposing QBs, which suggest Cousins' floor may be lower than expected. It wouldn't be surprising to see the Vikings lean on the rushing attack this week. That lowers any shot Cousin has to ball out and points out that regression may be coming for the veteran QB.
