A pair of NFC West rivals will go at it in Week 4 as the Seattle Seahawks travel to take on the San Francisco 49ers. FanDuel Sportsbook has the 49ers slated as 3-point favorites in a game that is full of playmakers on both sides of the football.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 4 NFC West showdown.

Russell Wilson Fantasy

Start Russell Wilson, QB, Seattle Seahawks: The Seahawks have shown that they are going to rely on quarterback Russell Wilson to get the job done this season. The Pro Bowler has seen his pass attempt total increase in every game this season and has now thrown 7 touchdowns overall. More importantly, Wilson has yet to turn the ball over and now draws a great matchup in Week 4. The 49ers may look scary on paper, but this defense is giving up the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing QBs in 2021. Look for Wilson to keep his momentum going with another big game on Sunday.

Elijah Mitchell/Trey Sermon Fantasy

Start Elijah Mitchell/Trey Sermon, RB, San Francisco 49ers: It's tough to tell who the 49ers' starting running back will be this week. No matter who it is, they are worth starting. Seattle is giving up a whopping 155.0 rushing yards per game, which is the third-highest mark in the NFL. The Seahawks are also allowing the most fantasy points to opposing RBs. Keep an eye on Elijah Mitchell's health as he would likely take back the starting role if he is 100%. Otherwise, rookie Trey Sermon should get his second consecutive start after racking up 33 yards and 1 touchdown on 11 touches in Week 3.

Freddie Swain Fantasy

Sit Freddie Swain, WR, Seattle Seahawks: Wide receiver Freddie Swain was a popular pickup in deeper fantasy leagues after he hauled in 5 passes for 55 yards and a touchdown in Week 2. The young pass-catcher fell back down to earth in Week 3 posting 1 reception for 10 yards, though. There seems to be little room for Swain to make an impact given the talent both DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett possess. The 49ers rank in the middle of the pack against the pass, but Swain hasn't shown any reason to be started yet. He simply remains a viable depth player to have just in case of an injury.

San Francisco 49ers D/ST Fantasy

Sit San Francisco 49ers D/ST: Coming into the year, the 49ers were boasted as a top-10 defense in fantasy football. That hasn't been the case so far as San Francisco is currently tied as the 18th-highest scoring D/ST unit. One major downside is that they have posted just 1 takeaway in the first three games. The Seahawks present another tough task for the 49ers. Seattle is averaging 25.0 points per game to go along with an average of 389.0 total yards. Both of those marks rank within the top-15 of NFL teams. It would be best to avoid San Francisco and stream a different defense this week.
