While most were expecting a series sweep by the defending champion Golden State Warriors, the Los Angeles Clippers have now forced a Game 6 after the second-biggest betting upset in NBA Playoff history. The Golden State Warriors are still 9.5-point favorites despite the Clippers' resilient efforts, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

However, as it's always smart to hear what those in the industry have to say before placing a bet, here are some expert predictions for Friday night's Game 6 showdown.

Warriors vs Clippers Predictions

Wager Talk News

Despite the Warriors' dominance in almost every measurable area, the staff at WagerTalk News believes Golden State will still be unable to cover a 9.5-point spread thanks to home court advantage for the Clippers. However, the folks at WagerTalk News do think the Warriors will escape with the win.

Sports Chat Place

The staff at Sports Chat Place predicts the Warriors will win this one outright in a close fight, but likes the Clippers to cover the 9.5-point spread. Sports Chat Place also points to the Clippers' ability to compete in Game 5 after Durant scored 45 points.

ESPN BPI

ESPN's BPI gives the Warriors a 57.2 percent chance to close out this series in six games.

All three expert opinions above are backing the Warriors to win straight up, with two experts predicting the Clippers to cover the spread.
