Dalvin Cook has started the 2020 season as the NFL's most consistent running back. He is the leader in both rushing yards (489) and rush yards per game (97.8), with seven touchdowns during the first five weeks.
The Minnesota Vikings star has always been a top talent when on the field, but his biggest problem during his career has been staying off the injury report. In Week 5, the injury bug plagued Cook yet again. This time it was Cook's groin that was tweaked, and his Week 6 prognosis isn't ideal.
It will be another Vikings game missed for Cook, who has yet to play a full season with Minnesota. His healthiest year was 2019, when he suited up for 14 out of 16 games.
In his place, the Vikes will look to Alexander Mattison and Mike Boone to handle the rushing duties against the winless Atlanta Falcons. Despite the loss, the 1-4 Vikings are still 4-point home favorites on FanDuel Sportsbook.
