VIDEO: Skyy Moore Lays Out for Impressive Diving Catch at Chiefs Practice

The departure of Tyreek Hill will lead to a heated wide receiver competition for the Kansas City Chiefs this season. Veteran JuJu Smith-Schuster turned heads with a diving catch to begin training camp, but he's not the only one capable of making highlight-reel receptions.
Rookie Skyy Moore showed off his athleticism by laying out to make a grab on Friday.

Moore found himself closely covered by safety Nazeeh Johnson on the third day of training camp when a pass came his way. Instead of holding back, the rookie flashed a glimpse of his range by diving to haul it in.
This highlight is sure to excite Chiefs fans. Moore certainly enters the year with high expectations after being a second-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. He also has an opportunity to become one of Patrick Mahomes' top targets following Hill's absence, and plays like this will definitely earn him favor in that department.
Moore joins the Chiefs after a standout season at Western Michigan, recording 95 receptions, 1,292 yards and 10 TDs. His collegiate average of 14.5 yards per reception shows he's more than capable of breaking off big plays for Kansas City.
Moore is +1200 (No. 7) in FanDuel Sportbook's Offensive Rookie of the Year odds.
