Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are coming off of another primetime loss after expressing a desire to change the team's fortune against top opponents. Brady threw two costly interceptions against the Los Angeles Rams, including one late in the game that sealed his team's fate.

While Brady is in the midst of a bounce-back season, he's also leading the league in an ugly stat. He has 83 "bad throws" this season, the most among QBs.

A "bad throw" is defined by Pro Football Reference as a pass that is not catchable by a receiver with normal effort. Brady leading the league in this category is a major letdown for the Bucs given the offensive weapons they've surrounded him with.

Brady has been given the green light to air it out this season, ranking first in pass attempts with 433. He has produced with 2,955 yards and 25 TDs, which both are fourth in the league. However, he's also racked up 9 interceptions, including three games in which he's thrown at least 2 INTs.

With the amount of throws Brady is tossing up each game, it's no surprise he's among the tops in a negative stat like INTs. But the amount of "bad throws" that Brady has had shows he's not quite throwing the ball like he used to. Brady's performance is key if the Bucs look to seriously contend.

Brady and the Bucs will look to get back on track in Week 12 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Despite playing at home, Week 12 betting lines have Tampa as a 3.5-point underdog against the defending champs, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
