We're coming off an absolutely brutal week with our top streaming quarterback picks. None of our three choices finished inside the top 10 at the position, and Tua Tagovailoa, our top pick of the week, was the only one who cracked the top 15.

But we soldier on. Here are our top three streaming quarterback picks, rostered in fewer than 50 percent of Yahoo! leagues, to target in Week 11.

3. Alex Smith, Washington Football Team (5% Rostered)

Alex Smith has completed his miraculous recovery from a gruesome leg injury that almost cost him his career. Against all odds, he's actually been pretty good. Smith is averaging 357.5 yards per game over his last two outings, and he didn't even start the game in Week 9. Unfortunately, he's only averaging 13.5 fantasy points per game during that span. But that's been due to a lack of touchdowns, which is more flukey than worrying. He's passed for at least 325 yards in both outings. If he keeps that up, the TDs will come. Plus, a matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals (No. 29 in defensive DVOA) is always a good way to get some points on the board.

2. Teddy Bridgewater, Carolina Panthers (45% Rostered)

He's gotten banged up a bit recently, but Teddy Bridgewater is absolutely rolling right now. The Carolina Panthers' signal-caller has put up at least 19.0 fantasy points in three of his last four games. He draws a matchup with an extremely beatable Detroit Lions' secondary in Week 11. Matt Patricia's defense ranks No. 25 in defensive DVOA gives up above-average fantasy production to the position. Assuming a knee injury doesn't keep him out or bother him too much, Bridgewater should stay hot in Week 11.

1. Jameis Winston, New Orleans Saints (3% Rostered)

With Drew Brees injured, Jameis Winston will likely start for the New Orleans Saints this week. Assuming head coach Sean Payton doesn't pull a fast one and start Taysom Hill, Jameis Winston could be in for a monster game here. He's facing the Atlanta Falcons, who rank No. 27 in the league against the pass by DVOA and surrender more fantasy points to opposing QBs than any other team in the league (26.02). Plus, we've seen Winston put up huge fantasy numbers as recently as last year, when he finished as QB6. Now playing in an elite offensive system with the likes of Michael Thomas, Alvin Kamara and Emmanuel Sanders, Winston should have no trouble torching one of the worst pass defenses in football.
