Top Fantasy Football Streaming Defenses for Week 15 Playoffs

Only one of last week's five top-scoring fantasy football defenses is rostered in over 80% of Yahoo! fantasy football leagues, and two of the five are even rostered in less than 50%.
Fantasy production for defenses is all about matchups and situation. That's why so many fantasy managers opt to lean heavily on the waiver wire and "stream" the position by readily adding and dropping defenses every week to find a new starter.
If you're one of those managers, The Duel is here to help with our top fantasy football streaming defenses for Week 15.

3. Philadelphia Eagles (vs WAS)
Taylor Heinicke is expected to play after suffering a knee injury last week, but anything that could limit his mobility is going to be bad news for a guy who has been sacked at least 3 times in four of his last six outings. That's especially true when he has to go up against a Philadelphia Eagles defense that has recorded 5 QB hits in each of its last three games.
2. Jacksonville Jaguars (vs HOU)
The Jacksonville Jaguars' defense is not good, obviously, but a matchup with Davis Mills and the Houston Texans can go a long way toward making anyone look good. Mills has turned in a couple surprisingly competent performances this season, but the Texans have still gone winless and averaged just 10.6 points per game when he plays, getting shut out in two of those nine games. The Jags' D has shown some upside, including their 17-point performance against the Buffalo Bills in Week 9, and two of their top five fantasy performances of the season have come within their last three games. Consider them a low-floor but high-ceiling option here.
1. Miami Dolphins (vs NYJ)
The Miami Dolphins might only be available as widely as they are because they're coming off a bye week. Otherwise, it would be hard to explain how a defense that has averaged 14.4 fantasy points per game over its last five is available in 50% of leagues. Sure, that scoring run has come with some very soft matchups, but they get another very soft matchup this week. The New York Jets have allowed the NFL's fifth-most fantasy points per game to opposing defenses, and Miami is easily the top streaming option in a week that lacks many good choices.
