The San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Rams will meet this Sunday in the NFC Championship Game. While there are plenty of on-field storylines between the NFC West rivals, a lot of the attention has been on how difficult it is to get a ticket to the game.

As the week goes on, the 49ers-Rams collision is now shaping up to be one of the most expensive non-Super Bowl games in StubHub history.

49ers vs Rams Tickets

According to StubHub ticketing representative Adam Budelli, the average ticket price is $1,200 for the NFC Championship Game at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA this Sunday.

To put things into perspective, Budelli said that the average ticket to the NFC Championship Game two years ago at Levi's Stadium was just $674.

The whole discussion about tickets emerged when the Rams announced that only fans in the Los Angeles area would be eligible to buy tickets to the NFC Championship Game through TicketMaster. After public pushback, that stipulation was thrown out.

It'll be interesting to see how many fans represent each team in this weekend's All-California NFC Championship contest. The Rams are currently the 3.5-point home favorites, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's latest odds.
