Even with the uncertainty surrounding all of the recent positive COVID-19 tests, the 2020 NFL season rolls on. The first matchup on Week 5's slate of games brings fans a showdown between Tom Brady's Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Nick Foles' Chicago Bears – a QB duel Foles memorably won in Super Bowl LII.

This matchup between two 3-1 NFC clubs should have plenty of fantasy implications as well. Here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 5 Thursday Night Football game.

Who Should I Start Fantasy Football

Start Scotty Miller, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Scotty Miller is one of the few Buccaneers' skill-position players healthy enough to suit up tonight. Chris Godwin and OJ Howard are both out and Mike Evans is shaping up to be a true game-time decision. That should create plenty of opportunity for Miller to shine tonight. He's coming off back-to-back 83-yard games and he has a chance to lead the team in targets tonight. The Bears aren't any easy matchup by any means, but that volume should make Miller a great target tonight.

Start Darnell Mooney, WR, Chicago Bears: Darnell Mooney is questionable to suit up tonight, but if he plays he's shaping up to be a great start. In his first full game with Nick Foles as the starter, Mooney finished second on the Bears with 9 targets. He turned that into 5 catches for 52 yards against a stout Indianapolis Colts' defense. It looks like he's Foles' second favorite target, making him and Allen Robinson the only Bears' pass-catchers worth playing. Be sure to check his status before game time, though.

Sit Tom Brady, QB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Tom Brady is coming off his best game of the season last week, but this does not look like a great spot for the GOAT. He's facing the league's fifth-best pass defense, per Football Outsiders' DVOA metrics, and might have to do so without most of his best weapons. There will be better days ahead for Brady's fantasy managers, but you might want to look into streaming QB in Week 5.

Sit David Montgomery, RB, Chicago Bears: David Montgomery has been fine this season, checking in as fantasy's RB27 in PPR formats thus far. He's pretty much unplayable this week, though. The Buccaneers were the league's best rushing defense last year, and they're currently No. 2 in rush defense DVOA this year. Tampa Bay is surrendering just 2.7 yards per carry and a total of 64.3 rushing yards per game to opposing offenses. This is a really tough spot for the Bears' lead back.
