Two playoff-hopeful teams meet in Week 16 as the San Francisco 49ers take on the Tennessee Titans. FanDuel Sportsbook has the 49ers slated as 3-point favorites in a game that should be close.

Fantasy Football Playoffs Advice

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 16 TNF clash.

Deebo Samuel Fantasy

Start Deebo Samuel, WR, San Francisco 49ers: Deebo Samuel has averaged a meager 3.0 targets per game over the last four contests, but that's been thanks to an expanded role (7.0 rushing attempts in that same span) in the 49ers' backfield. Samuel averaged 9.6 targets, 8.0 receptions and 108.8 yards per game over the first nine games, and he could wreak havoc against a defense that's given up the second-most PPR points to WRs this season.

D'Onta Foreman Fantasy

Start D'Onta Foreman, RB, Tennessee Titans: D'Onta Foreman is the only constant in the Titans' offense right now. He's averaging 13.3 PPR points over the last three contests, handling 18.0 rushing attempts and 1.7 receptions per game over that stretch. Tennessee has relied on the run game for any source of spark with its top receivers out, so there should be little concern about Foreman's potential workload in this one.

Jeff Wilson Fantasy

Sit Jeff Wilson, RB, San Francisco 49ers: Jeff Wilson finally came through with 19.9 PPR points in Week 15, but don't expect a repeat performance. San Francisco had the luxury of leading big against the Atlanta Falcons, which helped Wilson see 21 carries. This game projects to be much closer, and the Titans have been stout against the run. Tennessee allows the fewest PPR points to RBs per game; they've also held opposing rushers to less than 50 yards in each of their last four games.

Ryan Tannehill Fantasy

Sit Ryan Tannehill, QB, Tennessee Titans: Ryan Tannehill is a streaming option to avoid in Week 16. His play has been putrid over the last four weeks, scoring below 10 fantasy points in three outings and not surpassing 20 points once. He's racked up a whopping 6 interceptions during that span, which is bad news heading into a matchup with a talented secondary that surrenders the seventh-fewest passing yards per game. Look elsewhere if you're in need of a last-minute QB for the fantasy playoffs.
